We are pleased to inform you that Romanian Philatelic Federation together with Museum of Romanian Records will organize a National Philatelic Exhibition with international participation - EFIRO 2019, in Bucharest, September 19-21.
EFIRO 2019 celebrates 560 years since Bucharest's first documentary attestation and 145 years since the Foundation of the UPU. The exhibition will take place at the Museum of Romanian Records, Parfumului 25-27 Street, Bucharest, Romania.
It is our great pleasure to invite your Federation to appoint a National Commissioner for EFIRO 2019. We will appreciate if you could nominate a National Commissioner before April 30, 2019.
It would be very good if National Commissioner would be at the same time and accredited juror.
