Promotion
Promoting and protecting the art of collecting through education, exhibitions and international cooperation in the fields of philately, numismatics and other collecting disciplines.
Heritage Preservation
Preserving Albanian cultural heritage through the collection of postage stamps, coins, works of art, postcards, photographs and other historical objects.
International Cooperation
Membership and active cooperation with the international organizations FIP (Fédération Internationale de Philatélie) and FEPA (Federation of European Philatelic Associations), connecting Albanian collectors with the community of collectors worldwide.
Exhibitions
Organizing national and international exhibitions as the main platform for presenting collections and stimulating the interest of the general public.
"The Collector" Magazine
Publishing “The Collector” magazine, the association’s main publication, which brings information and knowledge to Albanian collectors since 1998.
Training of Judges
Training and certification of judges accredited by FIP and FEPA for evaluating exhibitions according to international standards.
