The presidency of the Association of Albanian Collectors announces the International Philatelic Exhibition “Balkanphila 2016” Opening in Tirana, from 5 to 9 May 2016. The opening will take place in the Hall of Exhibits at the National Historical Museum. This Balkan event, held for the first time in Albania, will be implemented by the Association of Collectors of Albania, under the auspices of the European Philatelic Federation (FEPA).
